1. Purpose and use environment
Outdoor solid rod-shaped pillar insulators are used in outdoor power stations, substation distribution devices and electrical equipment for insulation and support for live parts.
The applicable environment of insulators is -40~+40, and some products can be used in areas with an altitude of 4000m. Products are divided into two categories: ordinary shape and stain resistance, and stain resistance can be used in medium and
heavy pollution areas.

2. Structural and technological characteristics
The modified series of insulator porcelain pieces is solid structure, and the glued part adopts a column sand structure. The porcelain of our factory has advanced formula, excellent performance, and has very high reliability after actual operation.
The sand used for sanding is a special granular sand controlled by strict process. It has excellent combination performance with the porcelain body and a reasonable expansion coefficient, which can effectively improve the mechanical strength of the product.
The flange structure of the product is reasonable and the stress distribution is uniform when under stress. Its material is ductile iron with high mechanical strength, with hot dip galvanized on the surface. It has excellent corrosion resistance. The cement used for glued assembly is high-grade
cement, and the reasonable maintenance process allows the strength of the porcelain to be fully utilized. Any product of voltage grade is single-column type, with the advantages of simple structure, long operation life and low
maintenance workload. In order to ensure the reliability of the insulator, our factory conducts single-strike strikes, ultrasonic flaw detection and four-way bending load resistance tests on the products.
