Product description and usage method:

X,XP high voltage circuit disc-shaped suspended porcelain insulator

1. Use and structure description

High-voltage circuit disc-shaped suspended porcelain insulators are used for insulating and fixed conductors in high-voltage overhead transmission and distribution lines, and are generally assembled into insulator strings for lines of different voltage levels.
Ordinary insulators are suitable for general areas. If the number of insulators is appropriately increased, the performance of flicker can also be improved.
The suspended porcelain insulator is made of porcelain pieces, iron caps and steel feet with no less than 525 silicate cement and quartz sand glue. A thin
layer of buffer is applied to the contact surface of the iron cap and steel feet and the adhesive , and an elastic padded on the top of the steel feet. The surface of porcelain pieces is generally painted with white glaze and brown glaze, and other glazes can also be painted as needed. All heat zinc on the surface of the iron cap and steel feet. The ball
-connected push-pull elastic lock pins are available in two types: W and R. Both are made of tin bronze, brass and austenitic stainless steel. They have good elasticity and corrosion resistance and are easy to disassemble and assemble. The cylindrical
and hump-backed opening pins are connected in grooves, the former with a surface heat zinc and the latter with brass. The above-mentioned elastic locking pins, cylindrical pins and other parts are all supplied in a complete set of products.
Insulators are divided into two types according to the connection method: spherical type and groove type.
Ordinary and stain-resistant insulators of the same strength grade use the same ball and socket connection size to ensure interchangeability.

2. Model description

XP—A normal suspended porcelain insulator represented by electromechanical damage load; X—A normal suspended porcelain insulator represented by one-hour electromechanical load, the numbers in the lower right corner are the design sequence
numbers, and the numbers 70, 80, 100, 120, 160, 210, 300 are the rated electromechanical damage load (KN); 3 and 4.5 are the mechanical load (t) of the one-hour electromechanical experiment, and C-trough link
(spherical link is not represented).
