Overview

    DW10-10 outdoor high-voltage column oil-on circuit breaker is suitable for power systems with AC 50Hz and rated voltage of 10KV. It is used as an outdoor switching equipment with rated load, overload and short-circuit protection for rural and urban power equipment.


    The circuit breaker is a three-phase common box type, with a simple breaking opening and breaking opening for each phase. Oil is used for the medium insulating the arc extinguishing and conductive parts to the ground. The wire is out of the medium sleeve, and a pair of series automatic overload trippers and delay devices are installed on the two phases (AC phases) that are adjacent to the side. The operating mechanism is installed at the front end of the box cover to connect it to the circuit breaker body.


    The main components of the circuit breaker include box cover, mailbox, porcelain sleeve, conductive contact system, operating mechanism and tripper. This product is installed on the pole through a bracket, and the box cover is tightened with the oil tank bolts. There is an exhaust valve on the box cover, and the oil can be added by the exhaust valve. There is an oil mark on the oil tank to indicate the oil level in the box. The oil drain screw is at the bottom of the side of the oil tank, the handle is used to close the gate, and the ring is used to manually open the gate.


    (1) Manual closing: Pull down the closing handle, the cap drive mechanism and the main shaft rotate in a clockwise direction, the contacts are closed, and the line is connected. At this time, the positioning member holds the roller in place and the closing handle returns under the action of the return spring.


    (2) Manual opening: Pull the opening pull-up ring to trip the Zhizi. Under the action of the trip spring, the pin on the Zhizi hits the Zhizi, causing the roller of the bite point to slide out of the incline of the Zhizi. The switch knife separates the opening spring, and the circuit breaker is in the opening position. When the opening, the arc generates an arc between the dynamic and static contacts, and the oil bubble pressure generated by the arc and the mechanical elongation effect make the arc extinguish.


    (3) Overload and short circuit protection: When an over-circuit accident occurs on the network or the overload current exceeds the adjusting current of the bumper, the moving iron core of the bumper moves upward, pushes the insulated push rod, and rotates the tripping axially in the counterclockwise direction. Push the Zhizi away through the pin on this axis, and the Zhizi is released. Repeat the above manual opening process and the circuit breaker opening.


    (4) Opening delay effect: When the overload current on the network reaches or exceeds the set value of the bumper, during the movement of the moving iron core, the piston of the oil cup is connected to the moving iron core and is subjected to a certain damping effect, so that the moving iron core is slowly absorbed and closed, achieving the purpose of delayed opening. If the overload current lasts within the delay time, the circuit breaker will not operate to avoid unnecessary power outages.
